Poor customer service and low pressure gauge stays on

Update 7th November The low pressure gauge has been on 6 times since these sensors were installed. Every time the tire pressure was checked with a pressure gauge, there was no vacuum. If you drive about 1 hour continuously, the low pressure light seems to turn off most of the time. The last low pressure warning does not go out even after 2 days. I took my car back to the shop and they installed these sensors 4 times and they took the tires off to scan them one by one. Unfortunately, in all 4 cases, different sensors sent a vacuum signal, so I can't just replace a defective one. returns. Since they are already installed I have to buy another set of sensors to even remove these sensors. I would also have to ask the store to keep these sensors when installing new sensors, which costs extra money. The supplier has no other answer but to ask me to send these sensors back even after I explained all these points, so I am among the dissatisfied customers. *************** Original post: I was a bit concerned ordering this set based on some feedback of pairing difficulties or death on arrival. However, since the price is significantly lower than other TPM sensors, I decided to give it a try. The set arrived from California in less than a week, so it was a pleasant surprise. I got a little nervous when the guy looked at the sensors and said he had never seen them in a store. However, all 4 sets worked and I was out of the store in less than 90 minutes. It has been a few weeks since these sensors were installed and I have experienced one (1) oddity on two (2) occasions. - The day after installation, the low pressure lamp came on. I went back to the store and they checked my tire pressure was ok. However, the guy from the store added a little more nitrogen and told me to ride for about 15-20 minutes for the sensors to reset. I've never heard of it, but I tried his recommendation. In fact, after about 30 minutes, the light went out. 2 weeks later, on a cold morning, the low pressure lamp came on again. I was in a hurry so I just checked the tire pressures (which were fine) and drove off with the warning light on. After about 1 hour of driving, the light went out again. I don't understand why the lights came on even though the pressure was normal. But in the meantime I'll leave them and see how they work. I may update this review with their performance over the winter months in a few months.
