Hard to find on the web. These thick hard rubber clips are very well made, except they have to be clamped and closed, you have to squeeze them together and then hook them onto the strap. I've used them to hang a plastic snow shovel or broom on a leaf picker to clean the implement. They don't have screws, but there are two plastic washers for the inside of the yoke to keep the screws from pulling out when tightened, as well as the thickness and strength of the material. I believe they can dry out and crack over time. I would also recommend a washer and applying caulk or Loc-Tite to the ends of the nuts in case they lose their job depending on the application. very please
