Review on Swagtron Pro T1 Hoverboard - The Ultimate Self-Balancing Electric Scooter! by Leonard Herrera

The Swagtron worked well for the first two days, then began to fail constantly. The toy seemed very solid and responsive when it worked. However, the toy became impossible to self-stabilize and we simply could not recalibrate it properly after two days of trying with a level. The red warning light comes on and the device shakes which makes it quite dangerous and difficult to dismount. Customer support was no help and said to email support. Support said to send it back. So.sent it back last week and I have not received credit at this time. Will update review once we either get credit or a replacement but this REALLY screwed up what should have been a great birthday present for a 12 yo.-update- Still awaiting credit for returned item over one week after receipt (per courier tracking). Disappointed child asking daily about his "hoverboard".Update - the company repaired the issue and we had the device back within about ten days. It's difficult to speak with anyone directly to find out what the heck was wrong with it. We also haven't used it much since it was returned due to the weather.
