Make sliced bread a bang for your buck!

I don't often write reviews but when I'm blown away by a product's performance I feel like it's the one and only. So it is clear in its transparency. Turns out it doesn't really matter. It also has a rubbery texture and flexibility. Basically it's a thick silicone shell with a hole and a plastic sleeve at the bottom. I used it with a 6.1" (155mm) hole saw for ductless LED lights. I drilled 28 holes with it and it worked perfectly. My ceiling was painted and lightly soiled 5/8 inch drywall in my garage. A lot of other reviews talk about adding a washer between the drill bit and the plastic sleeve. I did exactly that and sprayed some silicone grease on the washer and plastic bushing about every 5 holes I drilled. I haven't tried a hole without this setting. Okay - the color doesn't matter because after the first hole the drywall dust sticks to the silicone and you still can't see through. My method was to press the whole thing against the ceiling and then fold back one side (like a tupperware burp) with it I was able to line up my drill bit with the pilot hole. Once it was in I let go of the bowl and drilled a hole. No fuss or mess! The weird thing is when I did that first time putting everything together on the drill, the hole saw physically touched the sides of the dust box. This confused me until I realized (and watched a few YouTube videos) that when you press it against the ceiling the bowl shrinks and the edges move away from the hole saw. Maybe I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I've attached a few photos - before, installing the washing machine, after. Highly recommend and wouldn't even bother without drilling them overhead.
