When my garage door inexplicably stopped moving, I became very concerned that something was seriously wrong. A quick Google search led me to the culprit - sunlight! Then I noticed that the door worked fine in the mornings and evenings, but intermittently during the day. It became apparent that my old sensors had failed. These guys were a direct replacement if not an upgrade. Very happy with the results. It took me 30 minutes (conservative) to swap out the sensors on 2 doors. Anyone having similar problems with doors "crashing" for no reason should start here. Save a few bucks before calling a garage door mechanic.
