Great software with many features and uses

Easy to use interface makes it very easy to see what all your tickets are doing at once time. The ability that you can have one ticket be assigned over multiple users really helps out! There isn't much I don't like about this program but i do wish we could assign our own custom fields or tags instead of using predefined ones (i feel they should include some more options). It's great being able to keep track of everything from 1 place rather than having several different systems open up in my email inbox along side each other which would get confusing trying to remember who did what when. We've been solving problems since 2012 so there has not always been an answer right away; however help desk gives us access if someone does happen by where we know how long until their issue will resolve itself as well. Having things centralized also allows me to look back into previous issues just because its already done doesn’t mean.

  • Needs better customer support
  • No matter many times asking same questions
