Review on 🌶️ Elizabeth Karmel’s Stainless Steel Adjustable Dry Rub Shaker - Medium and Coarse Grind Seasonings with Holes, 1-Cup Capacity by Drew Gengler

I use a lot of dry spice mixes (a/k/a rubs); I make most of these, but there are also commercial ones that I use. I keep them all in 8 ounce shaker bottles. Everything is fine except when I need to spice up something big. These "flip tops" are not suitable for even distribution over large areas. Knowing that this smart shaker was designed by Elizabeth Carmel, author of several of my favorite outdoor cookbooks, made product selection easy. And this thing really works! The user can choose from three hole sizes to control the amount of friction on the food, and the handle allows for easy shaking. This allowed me to have a good, even spread of multiple graters on the different foods I was cooking. It's also easy to clean. Highly recommended!
