I bought this grinder to use in several recipes but the first was for applesauce. (Not very good lighting, it looks brown not pink.) Set up and take down was a breeze. The only time I've had trouble disassembling is when I was out too long between batch cleanings and a build up under the blade prevented me from fully lowering the removal handle. The discs are very tight, but can be easily removed. The handle is smooth and quiet, very comfortable to use. The dual bowl hooks hold the grinder securely in place and won't damage or scratch the bowl. Overall, the Hungry Artisan Food Mill is easy to use, clean and (once) assemble. It is also very durable and tough. I never felt like any part of me would bend or fold. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The number of recipes you can use with it is huge and it's a very versatile tool.
