Deafening! Exceeded my expectations!

I wish I had more windows so I would have a reason to buy more of these curtains! sat on the coals. I was looking for long panels to visually open up the bedroom's tall frameless window while blocking the light. Our bedding/decoration is mainly grey, but in various tones and shades, some very greenish, some warm, some steel blue. To make matters worse, our furniture is a mix of mid-century walnut originals and modern black, brown and black-brown laminated chipboard. So I was really hoping that maybe some curtains would fix everything. I checked out charcoal, taupe, and gray and was completely unprepared for how awesome they all are. These panels are nice and heavy, but not heavy enough for my common curtain rods to droop. (I thought I might have to install a ceiling support, ugh!). Although the photos of the product show the texture of the knit up close, the photos don't convey it properly. You really should see her in the room. The jersey has a slight shimmer that is not shiny or metallic at all, but subtly reflects a variety of complementary tones in any light. (You could probably buy any shade of these H. Versailtex curtains for literally any color decor, and it would beautifully tie the room together.) Also, I had never heard of this company until I came across them here, Amazon for Victory ! PROS: - Definitely "room blackout" rather than blackout which I prefer. We tried blackout curtains and thought they were great until we woke up at 3:30pm and were very confused. They block enough light to sleep comfortably, but not as an insulating reservoir. Nice smooth brown eyelets. Antique bronze or something, I was afraid they would clash with my tin rods, but like the curtains themselves, they complement the decor. I also appreciate the clean lines - they're not adorned with odd flourishes, so there's no drag, and they tighten smoothly without what you call a circular maneuver when struggling with a stuck curtain. (The ability to open and close windows efficiently is what I'm looking for in window treatment.) - Quality, simple packaging. Vinyl and zipper make a big difference. Nothing says disappointment like snazzy new curtains packaged as if someone forgot to pick them up from the dry cleaners. CONS: - Forced me to write a long review on curtains, which I've never done before and don't know how I feel about it. I'm just a regular Amazon shopper who paid full price and would do it again. I find them simply amazing and deserve a strong recommendation :)
