Works as expected. I will say that a small sliver of cheese usually ends up between the grater and the plastic case, but that doesn't matter. Enough to try! All this is very easy to assemble and just as easy to disassemble for cleaning. Since the components are plastic, you certainly don't want to be as rough on them as you would with a standard metal grater, but I've found that it doesn't take more than light pressure anyway. Cute colors, great print on my countertop.
