So far does quite well for a NAS
I am using a QNap TVS-951x with 4 SSD's as "QTier" raid 5 cache storage and then 5 spindles on raid 6 for capacity storage. I grabbed this cable and an Asus 10gb card for my PC to direct connect the NAS. The NAS rated speed is 7-800 MBps, so the cable seems to be doing its job well and I am quite pleased with the result.
- The cable is backward compatible, meaning it can work with previous versions of Ethernet cables
- May not be reliable in high-temperature environments
