Edit: Too bad we had to downgrade a few stars here. Maybe I spoke too soon. As soon as I started traveling a bit outside of my area, I experienced a pretty severe drop in reception. Not nearly as powerful as my standard antenna. Must come back and try something different. Chip. Original Review: So my wife and I walked out of the Wal of China Mart the other day and I found that some villain had ripped the antenna off my truck. People really suck sometimes. I really enjoy listening to the radio in the mornings, although I mostly use Prime Music. So I came to Revain looking for a replacement. Read a number of reviews and this guy stood out as a great option for price and performance. The reviews are correct. This is the winner. The installation takes about five minutes. Just unscrew the old one and screw this in its place. Boom! So far I've experienced very little loss of signal at one station, and that's 40 miles away. Other than that, this guy is about as good as the stock antenna it replaces. And one more thing: I wash my truck in the car wash every morning. There's no chance of getting ripped off with this short burly dude. lol I highly recommend it. great quality thank you for reading
