Cooks without sticking!
Got this pan yesterday and cooked bacon and eggs in it this morning. Nothing stuck to the pan, everything was seared. Before washing, I wiped with a paper towel to remove any residual grease. Then washed. So easy. I read a review that their frying pan warped. If you hold a hot pan under cold water, it deforms. Let the pan cool down first. So far I love this pan!
