If you have a modified truck or jeep and live in a state that requires a faceplate, this is a very good solution for you! This mates with the standard clevis mount on most aftermarket bumpers. It has a small central piece of rubber that comes with the mount, but if the mount is narrower than this piece you will have to cut it off or throw it away like I did. The rear mounts are adjustable to a point, allowing you to fit a wider or narrower temple mount on top, although most are roughly the same size. I've had it on my jeep for a few weeks now and it hasn't moved at all so I highly recommend it.
