I followed the instructions. I wet the stones and put them in a bag before putting them in the freezer. If you left them in the freezer for several hours, they would freeze together. I had to use a butter knife to separate them. Although I put a few in my jar, they didn't seem to have any effect. Unfortunately I waited too long to try them and didn't have enough time to return them. Guilty. Instead of looking for more whiskey, I opted for an insulated wine glass to keep my drinks cold.
