The defective item has been replaced!

Edited: The manufacturer contacted me and offered to replace the non-working item. It was received quickly and works well. I value great customer service!—— Just doesn't work for me. Tries to restart everything, unplug/plug in any order possible. The switch cannot find the Internet over a wired connection.
