Review on Nite Ize CamJam Down Strap by Sean Chambers

Rounded edges, protective rubber backing, cool colors. What's not to love, right? OK, I'll tell you. it was very difficult to thread, tighten and loosen! This made me think I must have screwed it up somehow, but I've been using camlocks and ratchet straps for a long time and have never had a problem. I double checked my work, deleted it, redid it, then asked someone to do it. NO! THIS BELT IS A PIT Maybe, just maybe, I have a broken one. But I've already disposed of the packaging and need something I can rely on for my kayaks, so I can't return it for an exchange.
