Hope it works now.
Didn't connect for about 10 minutes and the app didn't work, it took two hours for the app to work. So far I had to restart and reset it twice the first day the internet was installed and it installed in the afternoon. I called tech support and to no avail the online help didn't help at all. I will keep it for now but if it goes on next week it will be returned for a refund.
