I bought a set with both hoses, connectors etc. I also bought a 12v garden tractor battery and an extra 30ft hose and the total cost was less than $150. I used nylon pipe tape as the reviews said the threads didn't match and I had no leaks. I would be very surprised at how well the pump worked pumping a nearby tank into mine when the neighbor switched to electric. Both tanks were external so that was a problem. I think it was 50 gallons the first time. The next time, about three weeks later, I filled up 30-40 gallons to top up my home heating oil, then filled up three 5 gallon cans and loaded them into my truck. , poured three more, and about halfway through the first of the three the pump stopped pumping. It worked fine, it just didn't download. I thought the battery might be the problem so I hooked it up to a car battery and same problem. .I returned the pump and kit for a refund, now I have a 12v battery and 30ft hose and I think I will look for another pump, not sure which one to get , maybe another cheap one since I'll probably only use it for other 150 gallon diesels?
