I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.
This worked well for frying potatoes but not on thin Teflon. It's also practical for stewing, but I'm afraid to cook scrambled eggs since, as I've learned from personal experience, the first pair of pancakes you make in nearly any pan will stick and flip over terribly if you do. My pen doesn't get hot, but I use a glass-ceramic burner instead of a gas stove when I cook. By the way, the pan gets along well with her and doesn't become too hot.
- It maintains the temperature for a very long period and warms up well.
- It is heavy, but this is a sign that it is made of cast iron, and because of its weight, the temperature is maintained.
