to be as perfect as others describe, but far from it. About half of the rivets that attach the wooden handle to the tabletop/dough scraper blade are not fully compressed, leaving a large gap between the handle and blade open to food contamination. See attached photo where the handle is fully attached to the left of the photo but starts a gap around the center of the handle until it ends with a large gap to the right. The large gap makes the Bleteleh 10" long tabletop/dough scraper extremely unsanitary for a kitchen tool. I'm really surprised that this scraper passed the final test before being boxed at the factory. (I have a similar, smaller scraper (which I've used for decades and doesn't have this problem.) Apart from the gap between the handle and the blade, this is otherwise a solid product made from quality materials.It just wasn't assembled properly hence one star from this very disappointed buyer.I'm sending return this item for a refund.
