Good for picking up cubes in the pan

Love it I use it to scoop diced veggies into the pan. It's pretty wide. I also bake my own bread and this is better for getting the dough into the loaf pan without mashing it. perfect size My old one was only 6 inches. It just didn't work either.

Built for speed and can help erase bad memories.

I bake about 100 loaves of bread a day. I used a small utility knife to divide the dough and then I saw this beast and suggested I could cut a longer line, reduce the cutting time and separate the dough balls quicker. I was right! It helped increase serving speed, which of course I always dreamed of doing when I was a little girl. A very beautiful princess? no I want to learn how to use a dough knife! Unhygienic conditions due to the large gap between the handle and the blade.

to be as perfect as others describe, but far from it. About half of the rivets that attach the wooden handle to the tabletop/dough scraper blade are not fully compressed, leaving a large gap between the handle and blade open to food contamination. See attached photo where the handle is fully attached to the left of the photo but starts a gap around the center of the handle until it ends with a large gap to the right.
