It is very easy to customize,it has a lot of tools to help your organization in its daily operations.It can be used as a tool both for internal and external users.The most important thing I like it's that it allows me to customize my reports with my own tables. It has a good documentation so no one will have difficulty using it. It sometimes lags with the system performance. There was a time when the reports where not updated but this problem had been solved in the latest updates. It is a very good product if you are looking to implement an ERP system. We use it to control our daily activities, to keep track of all our tasks, to improve the coordination between employees and to make sure that everything is going fine.
