Review on DWVO by Gene Taylor

Review: It's shocking that the business managed to completely botch their online store. The DWVO website is a maze of confusing categories and subcategories, making it difficult to locate specific information. The quality of their customer support is also unacceptable. Getting in touch with their customer service department is like talking to a brick block. Even if you do get a reply, it's probably going to be a boilerplate answer that completely ignores your issue. I wouldn't send my worst adversary to this shop. Don't bother with this store if it's giving you trouble.
