Updated 11/21/2011. After I submitted my review, customer service contacted and offered to send a replacement. I'm happy to see that Pro Bike Tool stands behind their product. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. This is a great looking product but the thread design needs an update to account for the fact that this thing always vibrates when towed and the top tends to loosen after a while. I want to add some kind of locking mechanism so the top doesn't come loose. Until then, I will keep this item in a zipped pocket in my backpack. Original Rating: This product exemplifies style, not content. The brushed metal body looks great and is small enough to easily carry on a bike or in a backpack. Unfortunately the top comes off too easily. I kept it in my backpack for about a month. From time to time the lid came loose so I had to screw it back on. It came loose again last week, but this time the top fell out of my backpack somewhere on the trail. The Pro Bike Tool will not replace this part, so I'm left with a tire repair kit without a pin, making it useless. I love the company's tools but will now shop elsewhere due to poor customer support.
