I live in an apartment and the first aid kit was missing a few pins on the shelves. They are larger than the ones I've had before which were thin 90 degree L shaped pins. As I began installing I noticed that they have a slightly larger pin diameter and I had to strain and wiggle to get them flush with the board. I almost thought it was a problem when I tried putting the board back on and found it didn't fit or was sitting on the horizontal edge. Luckily I was able to rock it a bit and it fits very snugly. (If you have a board that is already very tight you will end up filing it because this pin is thicker than standard. Finally I had very strong pins and the shelves in my first aid kit are RELIABLE don't worry more Above that I pick up the object and the shelf falls! :)
