Edit: So I contacted their EXTREMELY nice and helpful tech support and we found out why they weren't working. Basically most POE switches use B mode, this converter only uses A. Support new version 5 (I have version 3). Long story short they send me replacements with a tag to send them back along with the replacement parts to make them work. Excellent service and took my feedback on updating the description with luck!OLDDead out of the box. Ordered some of these for work. Also dead out of the box. I checked the connection, everything else is fine. However, after testing a few cameras and other items, everything else worked. Just no splinter. Quality control should be strengthened. 4 out of 4 are bad :(.
