I ordered a new filter, it came quickly and well packaged but since I replaced it my car has read a pollutant level of 610-612, it also doesn't clean the air as there is still some in the house Food smells what I did 2 days ago and it has been set to automatic and has been red for 3 days. I did all the troubleshooting, unplugged, cleaned the sensor and restarted the machine and filter, no change. I've asked what else I can do and haven't received an answer yet. It worked great until I changed the filter, not sure if it's a new filter or a new machine.
