Easy to use. Simply remove the plastic Presta cap if your bike tire valve stem has one, thread the small nut around the Presta valve until it reaches the top and stops, then screw one of these adapters with the thicker end on next to the tire. Leave it on, but DO NOT unscrew any type of cap. I made that mistake and now the adapter is stuck in the black plastic cover. I found other adapters in Walmart's bike department for about a third the cost, but they're still cheap and save you the hassle of going to Walmart.
