I broke my old bathroom faucet while doing some simple DIY jobs. A complete bathroom remodel is on the to-do list, but there are other projects that have a higher priority, so for now I just needed something cheap that would last a year or two until I gutted everything. This faucet isn't perfect, but pointing out its shortcomings seems like a nitpick given how inexpensive it is. However, I have to agree with other reviewers that this faucet is noticeably louder than the one it replaced. Also, the hot and cold water connections were too short and I had to go to the store to buy new, longer ones. It cost me about $15 for both hoses, so the total cost for this faucet was about $30. I haven't read too many other reviews from people who have had to buy new fittings, so this might just be a quirk of my particular bathroom. Once I had the right connections, installation was easy and took about ten minutes. The action of the hot/cold air lever is gentle and the pressure is quite strong. Can't comment on longevity as I installed it yesterday. To be honest I don't need it to stand the test of time. I just need it to delay me until the big touch up job in a year or two. At the moment the thing is perfect for my needs.
