Review on Resolver by Jeff Arellano

It is very helpful if you need to have one on one conversations with your employees regarding their behavior. I love how simple it makes the system look, as well as all the different ways available to create reports. The reporting feature could definitely use some work over there. The program was easy to access once you log in. The employee performance feedback is a huge benefit because we can get honest feedback from our team and we are able to hold them accountable for meeting certain goals. It's quick and easy to set up and use. The interface is intuitive and very user friendly. I like how it has an option to add multiple users as well which can be helpful when you have many people in your organization using this tool. If there are any problems or questions with the platform they get back quickly and resolve them promptly. We were looking at other platforms but couldn't find anything better than resolver so we went ahead with their trial version.
