I like how it's very easy to use, even for people who are not tech savvy at all. It also has some great features such as custom alerts which can be set up so you don't have to constantly check your website or server. Sometimes there will be an issue with my site but when i call customer service they're usually able to help me out in less than 5 minutes. If you need something simple and reliable then this is definitely worth looking into! We've been using hund for about 4 months now and we haven't had any problems since our first day of using them. The only thing I dislike is sometimes there may be downtime because of their servers being down. However if you contact support right away they'll get everything back running again within minutes. They do provide 24/7 phone support too so just make sure you keep track of what time zone you live in so you know when to expect someone.
