Review on Enhanced Performance and Safety: Giro Aerohead MIPS Adult Road Cycling Helmet by Michael Hogate

Received it last night and took it for a 110 mile trip today. I bought this helmet based on the recommendations everyone gave. here is my personal experience. I started this ride in the dark and raised my visor. he stays in place. When the sun came out I put it on. Wow, it cuts out all the noise! it makes me faster when i get stuck. I rode faster and wasted less power. I was worried the helmet would be hot in Houston in early September. The helmet with the visor up covered the holes, but it was still cool. Once the helmet was on, I never felt my head get warm. the temperature rose to about 86/87 degrees. I will be using it for my Ironman in Chattanooga in late September. great helmet.
