My new favorite piece in my kitchen!

Love this! I prefer to cook on cast iron but minus the maintenance. This fixes that issue. And it looks so pretty just living on my stovetop. I wish it didn't need to be hand washed, but even if it didn't I'd probably hand wash it anyway to make sure it lasts. However, the beauty of this compared to unglazed cast iron is that you don't have to heat it for the water to dry. A few wipes with paper towels and/or air drying works great. It's heavy, but that's to be expected from cast iron, especially one this big.
