Review on 🧳 Heininger-4021 HitchMate NetWerks Cargo Bag - Full Size Black by Paul Newton

Great quality - very easy to use!

The item arrived quickly, even faster than expected. It was packaged very well and was easy to unpack. Installing the rack and mesh was extremely easy. To be honest I'm shocked it took about 60 seconds to install securely. I spent more time wondering if I missed something. The luggage net/bag slid easily over the crossbar and ratchet and almost sat over the crossbar. I found points on each side of my Avalanche, attached the bar, ratcheted up the ratchet with a simple thumb press, and only turned the ratchet a few times to tighten the ends on the sides of the truck bed with enough force. Even a few very aggressive twitches and handshakes couldn't move the secure mount. I really liked the thick rubber pads that are securely attached to the ends of the handlebars. Adheres firmly to the bar and will not damage the finish. Now the real test. Several extremely heavy objects. (2) 5 gallon coated buckets and a storage box full of tools that require 2 people to lift and a sandbag in a cargo bag. After driving over 5 miles on very rough roads, some tight corners and very short stops, I opened the back and found everything was right where I loaded it. Nothing moved or spilled! Next was a food test. I got tired of packing grocery bags in the cab of a truck so they wouldn't fly around and open all the doors to invite them in and then bring them home to make them look and feel like a Chinese fire drill. I hoped that the cargo net would save me. It was. I loaded 6 very full, heavy bags from the market in seconds and didn't have to juggle a shopping cart to avoid it hitting my doors or cars next to me, or worse, from a horrible "rollback" car chase . Fiasco. Backdoor loading solved all of these problems and made loading easier. Everything was safe. When I got home, nothing was moving again and I did my best with a few short stops and quick acceleration (as if there were any other way). Unloading was quick and easy. Also, I had to remove the crossbar several times to use the full bed for heavier loads. It was easy to loosen the bolt tension without losing adjustment. Re-insert the bar and give the ratchet a quick push and it will re-secure. easy! This is possibly one of my wisest and most rewarding investments. The price was great and considering how much time and hassle it saved me I plan on adding a second bar soon. Amazing, reliable and well made products that really get the results I want! Highly recommended. I'm going to give them to my family for their trucks this year.
