I like how it allows me to track my progress throughout each visit by taking notes as well as allowing us access to our medical records from anywhere we are using this app! It's very helpful when you have multiple appointments within one day because everything always goes into your electronic record system - just make sure there isn't another program running which may block or delay data entry/accessing.

The only thing i don't really care about right now is being able to view previous visits without having to open up individual files but other than that its pretty great overall!
