Excellent cheat sheets!

Great cheat sheet for everything from beef, poultry, pork, seafood, vegetables and frozen foods. Why did I only give 4 stars because desserts such as cakes and cookies were not included which is why I originally bought it. But whatever, I'll keep searching the internet for these recipes and videos. This is a must-have item for outdoor frying beginners.
