The screws have aggressive threads that will grab drywall or plaster and won't let go. Another great feature is that you don't need a drill to install these screws. Just hit the screw with a hammer to get started, then use a screwdriver to finish the job. A short, chunky screwdriver with a thick handle works best. I bought a pack of 50 units which significantly reduced the cost of a single unit and beat the price on all other websites. I will buy more in the future!
