Nice set of tire bags. Fit 22" wheels with low profile summer tires (about 30" overall diameter) - that's about the max size as the velcro pad was only about 2". At first I thought it wouldn't make it, but it made it through climbing and rolling hoops. It is very easy to wrap the hoop - just put down the bag, center the hoop and fold the two ends inwards. If there is some tension the sides wrap around and in addition to the main velcro there are also side clasps. The bag doesn't completely cover the wheel, in my case not even the outer edge of the wheel. You can add some spacer or cardboard if you want to protect your wheel. I pulled the cover over the concrete with the tire for 1 second and noticed that a hole had already formed. Otherwise it seems like a good set of covers!
