I bought two packs for my two Lab/Pittie mixes. We have a few acres in the country where our cabin is in a fairly remote area. I like to let our dogs run around but would like to be able to remember them from afar if possible. These collars worked great. They only needed a little training to understand that when the collar beeps, they must return immediately. I just used the sound and vibration mode on her and it worked great. Even if they saw deer and wanted to chase them, they would stop and turn back when I blew them. My only problem with collars is that sometimes they stop working and go to sleep. Luckily my two dogs stick together so if one is working the other will follow her even with her collar on. I also use collars to get their attention when they are too loud. All I have to do is show them the station and they stop what they're doing and go to their boxes for a while. I love it. Units have a pretty decent range to recall your pups. I just wish they wouldn't shut down and work from time to time.
