Seriously legal. The downside of this app? I wouldn't recommend carrying it in a holster if the handle is touching the skin. I believe that any prolonged movement will result in the epidermis being shaved off your body. Sometimes it's good, but not in this case. Definitely if it's good for my grip I think it will work great on the board. So buy it. Prepare the surface and apply it well and you will be happy. Whatever they use as glue works and works very well. It's just a very high quality product and I would definitely recommend it.
