I bought these brightly colored wheat straw cutlery sets so that each member of the family could have their own colour. Each of us has our own plates and bowls. Then we just wash the dishes by hand. This prevents an abundance of dirty dishes in the sink, as you can rest easy knowing you're picking the next clean plate to eat. I can't stand metal rubbing against metal, or against my own teeth, or hearing it against other people's teeth. So using them prevents that horrible noise and feeling it gives me. We've been using them for several months. The only reason I've ever had to buy more was because they got lost or got thrown away.
