We have been using this dog food for several years. Two mixed terriers, 11 and 12 years old. They tolerate it well, and it's cheaper than store-bought dry dog food. One of the things to do when changing dog food is to gradually introduce the food to your dog. You can't just give them a whole bowl the first time. You need to mix the old and new food together for a period of time, usually 7 to 10 days. Day 1, 90% old food, 10% new food. If there are no problems, then the next day 80/20, then 70/30, then 60/40, then 50/50, then 40/60, then 30.70, then 20/80/then 10/90 and finally after 10 days, 100% new feed. Dogs are very sensitive to dietary changes. We've followed this process every time we've changed our dog food.
