Review on 🔮 MARBLEWORKS Marble Starter Set by Discovery Toys by John Banks

I love this set I bought for my 3 year old. He's strong and can build it up with a little help from me because he needs more pressure than he can handle. Luckily, he's not very keen on rearranging the scenery. My problem is that one of the parts arrived broken and I tried to contact Discovery Toys but they didn't provide me with a replacement as it was purchased through Revain. And Revain doesn't offer to trade it, since Revain only fulfills it, not sells it. I can return it and try to order a new one but we only received the set yesterday and my son is obsessed with it and would be heartbroken if I took it. Is it worth fighting for the replacement of the starting gate? (One of the bars connecting the starting gate is missing) Not sure yet. I must think about it. It's really a shame I can't get anyone to just send me a part that we broke. Update (07/09/2014): I am pleased to announce that I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 5 stars. I was contacted by the seller after purchase to see if I was happy. I told them about my problem and without hesitation they sent me a brand new set (arrived quickly, in two days). Super happy! I just wish the Revain settings were a little more helpful in dealing with this type of issue. Oh and my 3 year old son has been playing with this set every day since we got it 3 weeks ago.
