Review on Bubba Classic Insulated Desk Black by Alicia Lopez

Just received this mug to replace a 1 year old Bubba mug that was leaking. It's been going great for almost a year. I haven't abused the old one or used it in the dishwasher so I don't know what caused the leak. This version (with the picture) is basically the same as the old one except for two things. This one didn't have a straw like all the Bubba cups I've bought before. I don't mind as I have old straws and bought extra straws with a cleaning brush. Second, the lid of this jar was very tight and difficult to unscrew. TIP: I rubbed the gasket with vegetable oil. It lubricates the seal and makes screwing easier. It is non-toxic and extends the life of the seal. That works great. I gave it 4 stars based on previous customer support experience; You are terrible. Tried to buy a replacement cup pad. They said they don't sell but ship for free. After exchanging emails for 3 months I gave up buying a new mug. That's why I don't bother with their "lifetime warranty". I consider it useless. But I still love the mug as long as it lasts.
