Poorly thought out design
It's designed to be used with screws that go through the front of the fan - most fans screw in from the back. Although the new case I bought uses screws going through the front to mount the front fans, the screws are not long enough and the longer screws are not included. So I couldn't use it. It had to be designed to snap onto the fan.
