Review on 🌡️ Cooper Atkins DFP450W Multicolor Digital Pocket Thermometer, 4-5/8 inch Length by Andrew Schreider

I love this thermometer. Reads very quickly and accurately, has a wide temperature range, good size and clear screen. But it's pretty unreliable. It drains batteries much faster than expected, requiring replacement a few or more times a year. I have the second one and it recently started draining the batteries very quickly (within a few weeks) and then eventually died completely. I think it's three years old and I use it a few times a week, so maybe that's a reasonable lifespan for an inexpensive digital thermometer. But I always seem to be changing batteries and throwing away dead devices, so I'll probably try a different brand as a replacement. Edit: I've tried the new thermometer and hate it, and I'll come back to this one which is so much better (especially fast reading). I think one of them every year or two is fine.
