Pretty decent wireless HDMI devices, suitable for multimedia

This wireless HDMI device comes with a transmitter and receiver, which means you have a complete set to get started with wireless HDMI. The quality is quite good and the devices work as expected. It is good for media consumption such as streaming movies or pictures, music, etc. The kit creates its own Wi-Fi network, and the transmitter and receiver communicate with each other via WiFi. The transmitter sends the displayed data, the receiver receives it and displays it on the HDMI output device. This works pretty well with random hiccups (perhaps caused by distance I think). The device works better the closer it is to the transmitter. The transmitter has 2 HDMI ports, one is input and the other is output, so you can still connect your device locally and also stream to the transmitter via WiFi. The receiver box only has one HDMI output as that is all it needs. It comes with a Tx box (transmitter term used in this product) and an Rx box (receiver term used in this product). 2 HDMI cables, 2 power adapters. You can enter the configuration by connecting your phone or any Wi-Fi enabled device to the transmitter's network and then going to the IP address settings mentioned in the manual. Good device for media consumption, if you want to use it for gaming I don't recommend it as it has lags. This is fine for casual gaming, but if you play online or somewhat competitively, this isn't for you. For everything else from watching movies, music, using with PC/Raspberry Pi, laptop, Blu-ray, etc. it's pretty good.

Pros
  • accessories and supplies
Cons
  • boring packaging

they connect very quickly, but the picture just doesn't seem as clear as it should.
