It's Brew In A Bag, BTW. You will not use this pack to cook anything. You bring the water to about 155f, line the mash kettle with this bag and secure it around the top of the kettle and slowly pour in the grains, stirring all the time. Cover with a lid and in an hour or two your mash will be ready for the brew kettle, which is ideally also a mash kettle. Pull out the bag, which will be heavy, and drain well. Push it if you can do so safely. If you're brewing very strong beer, you can rinse with about three gallons of very hot water and get a few more gallons of lower alcohol content. To me, this is the only viable way to make a whole grain beer. And THIS bag you want. At least the best I've found. This is a very durable bag with a good drawstring closure and can be washed and reused multiple times.
