Review on 🚗 Dorman 741-664 Front Driver Side Power Window Motor Regulator Assembly for Ford/Mercury Models by Chris Hayes

ESC and motor seem to work fine. If you own a 2011 Grand Marquis, you probably already know that its repair will be unlike anyone else's. You will need 8: 1/4"×1/2" screws and 2: 1/4"×3/4" screws (to attach the glass to the bracket) and 10: 1/4" nuts I had to drill out 3 rivets on the old motor mount, 2 rivets on the underside of the old window regulator mount, 3 rivets on the blue metal plate holding the door latch bar and 2 rivets on the window itself, I couldn't remove those blue metal plate from the door so i rotated it and pushed it into the frame to gain access to the front rivet in the glass, my adjuster was jammed in every way imaginable so i couldnt get the window down without cutting the cord on both sides of the old adjuster.Took 4 hours total but I had to look for more screws,some people say you can use rivets if you want it to be the 3rd adjuster for that window on my Grand Marquis , not the last I guess, so b use screws next time, it may take an hour.
